Description of the Project:

The project involved the construction of a complex of trade - service centres, hotels and resorts with an area of 20 hectares. The project included the investment and construction of roads and associated technical infrastructure systems in the project area in order to synchronously connect the project's functional areas, ensuring harmony in terms of architecture and landscape as well as the convenience and safety during operation.

Hung Nghiep provided Survey, Design and Cost Estimatation Consulting Services for the following items:

• Ground leveling; Traffic system;
• Landscape bridge system - box culvert;
• Retaining wall system - land boundary embankment; Rainwater drainage system; Wastewater drainage system; Wastewater treatment station; Water supply system, fire hydrant;
• Power supply system; Communication system, utility trenches;
• Street lighting system; Park, street trees;
• Landscape lake; Breakwater
• Other technical infrastructure systems: Lightning protection system, fire alarm - firefighting system, security camera system (CCTV).
