Description of the Project:

The Project involved (i) upgrading infrastructure such as water supply system, water drainage system, power supply system, lighting, roads,… in low income areas of LIA 10, 12, 17 and 18, and component 2; (ii) construction  of canal and river revetment in combination with roads for riverside residential areas, (iii) construction of resettlement areas. The Project was funded by the World Bank under the IDA’s Credit No. 5083-VN.

The objectives of the Project was to improve the technical infrastructure in low income areas in Ca Mau city for the sustainable and effective development of the city.

Services provided by Hung Nghiep:

• Carry out topographical and geological surveys.
• Undertake detailed design of roads, river and canal revetments, water supply system, wastewater drainage system, power supply system and lighting system.
• Prepare cost estimates.
• Prepare bidding documents for civil works packages.
• Evaluate bids and prepare bid evaluation reports.
