Description of the Project :
Ho Chi Minh City - Moc Bai Expressway Project with a total length of about 51 km has the starting point connecting with Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 3 in Cu Chi district, Ho Chi Minh City and the ending point intersecting with National Highway 22 (about Km53+850) in Ben Cau district, Tay Ninh province. The project was divided into 04 component projects. The road was designed and built in accordance with the Vietnam’s Expressway Standards (TCVN 5729: 2012), design speed: Vtk=120 km/h. Cross-section scale of the first stage: 04 lanes.
Upon completion, the Project will meet the transportation demand, reduce the traffic load and ensure traffic safety on National Highway 22; complete and synchronously operate ring roads with large capacity, ensure the traffic safety and high speed on Ho Chi Minh City - Tay Ninh transport corridor, develop the industrial - urban chains of Moc Bai - Ho Chi Minh City - Cai Mep Port - Thi Vai associated with the Trans-Asia economic corridor, boost up the socio-economic development of Ho Chi Minh City and Tay Ninh in particular and the provinces of the Southeast Region of Vietnam in general.
The total investment of the Project is: VND 19,617 billion (about USD 842 million).
Services provided by Hung Nghiep:
- Topographic, geological and hydrological surveys; survey of construction material quarries; survey of old road surface; survey of waste disposal areas and concrete batchling plants.
- Survey of the existing structures on the route including road crossings, intersections, power lines, underpasses, canals, culverts and drainage systems;
- Soft soil treatment design
- Set up the Building Information Modelling (BIM)
- Basic design of expresway, bridges, overpasses and underpasses, culverts, drainage systems, ITS system, lighting system and non-stop toll collection system, etc.
- Prepare total cost estimation
- Prepare Feasibility Study Report.
