Projects

It is a key project in HCMC that target to (1) water drainage and flood prevention; (2) environmental improvement and urban refurbishment; (3) traffic connectivity. The project has a total length of 31.46 Km passing through 07 districts in Ho Chi Minh City with total investment cost of USD 331 million (equal to VND 8,200 billion).

Long  Thanh International Airport Project covers an area of ​​5,000 hectares. The runways, taxiways, aircraft parking lots, passenger terminals and auxiliary works were built in the first  stage. Long Thanh International Airport has a capacity of 25 million passengers/year and 1.2 million tons of cargo/year, including a central terminal and 3 wings, with a total floor area of ​​373,000 m2, consisting of: Check-in island; parking lot; automatic baggage counter; baggage handling systems, security screening, escalators, elevators, pedestrians, etc. The terminal was built on a 150-hectare land area, designed with 2 separate arrival and departure ternminals, including 1 ground floor and 3 floors. The project is expected to be completed in 2026. 

The infrastructure construction project of the resettlement area in Phuoc Tan ward covers a scale of over 49 hectares, including 1,066 resettlement plots with a population of 4,248 people and 4 high-rise blocks with a population of over 3,752 people. The total population of this resettlement area is about 8,000 people. The project will invest in the construction of synchronous and complete technical infrastructure including roads, power supply, water supply, drainage system.

Diamond Square project with a scale of more than 4 hectares is a complex of housing combined with commercial services - apartments located in the center of Bien Hoa city.

The project included the construction of a complex of hotels, resorts, trade  and service centres, and residential areas with an area of ​​42,915.5 hectares in order to develop tourism and improve the spiritual life of the people.
