Projects

The Project involved infrastructure upgrading in low income areas (LIAs), including: 

•  Construction of Nguyen Dang road  extension and access road to LIA 1;

•  Construction of water supply and drainage system for LIAs of Ward 5, 6;

•  Construction of water supply and drainage system for LIAs of Ward 7, 8, 9;

•  Construction of canal revetment and roads on the two sides of Ben Xuong canal.

The Project was funded by the World Bank under the IDA’s Credit No. 5083-VN.

The Project involved (i) upgrading infrastructure such as: roads, water supply system, wastewater drainage system, lighting system in low income areas of LIA 13, 16, 18 and 20; (ii) construction of cultural houses in Ward 7 and Ward 8; (iii) construction of Trieu Chau entertainment area.

The Project was funded by the World Bank under the IDA’s Credit No. 5083-VN.

The Project involved (i) upgrading infrastructure such as water supply system, water drainage system, power supply system, lighting, roads,… in low income areas of LIA 10, 12, 17 and 18, and component 2; (ii) construction  of canal and river revetment in combination with roads for riverside residential areas, (iii) construction of resettlement areas. The Project was funded by the World Bank under the IDA’s Credit No. 5083-VN.

The sub-project involved upgrading and construction of technical infrastructure system in low income areas including: Roads, water supply system, wastewater drainage system, lighting system and social infrastructure works such as community houses, schools, toilets,… The Project was funded by the World Bank under the IDA’s Credit No. 5083-VN.

Rach Lao Residential Area has a planned area of là 99,721 m². Construction density: 30%. Expected population scale: 5,000 redidents. The Project is divived into 4 blocks with total of 1983 apartments.
