On 29 June 2023, the People's Committee of Binh Duong province held the groundbreaking ceremony for Ho Chi Minh City Third Ring Road Project, Binh Duong province section.

The total length of Ho Chi Minh City Third Ring Road Project (RR3) is 76.34 km, divided into 08 component projects (4 civil packages, 4 compensation packages) passing through 04 provinces and city including Dong Nai (11.26km), Binh Duong (11.43km),  Ho Chi Minh city (47.11km), and Long An (6.54km).

On 30 June 2023, the People's Committee of Long An province held the groundbreaking ceremony for Ho Chi Minh City Third Ring Road Project, Long An province section.

The total length of Ho Chi Minh City Third Ring Road Project (RR3) is 76.34 km, divided into 08 component projects (4 civil packages, 4 compensation packages) passing through 04 provinces and city including Dong Nai (11.26km), Binh Duong (11.43km),  Ho Chi Minh city (47.11km), and Long An (6.54km).

On 24 December 2023, the construction activities of Hoang Sa - Doc Soi road project were commenced in Quang Ngai province and is expected to be completed by 2027.

The total length of the Proejct is about 27km passing through 11 communes and towns of Binh Son, Son Tinh districts and Quang Ngai city. The Project has the starting point at Km1+300 interconnecting withTri Binh - Dung Quat road and ending point at K28+188 interconnecting with Hoang Sa street at Tra Khuc dam bridge intersection in Quang Ngai city.

After more than 3 years of construction, Tao Luc Bac Tan Uyen - Phu Giao - Bau Bang Road Project was solemnly inaugurated on 23 September 2024.

The 48-km project has a scale of 06 lanes with roadbed width of 40.5 m and design speed of 80 km/h. The project passes through 03 districts of Bac Tan Uyen, Phu Giao, Bau Bang and a 5 km branching road from Tam Lap T-junction in Phu Giao district to Dong Phu district, Binh Phuoc province. The route started at Tan Thanh T-junction with provincial road DT746 in Bac Tan Uyen district and ended at National Highway 13 in Lai Uyen town, Bau Bang district. Hung Nghiep provided consulting services for survey, design, cost estimate and author supervision for the Project.

On 01 January 2023, Ministry of Transport (MOT) celebrated the Commencement Ceremony for 12 component projects under the Eastern North-South Expressway Construction Project in the period 2021-2025 and launching of the peak emulation movement months to speed up the disbursement of public investment capital.

The Eastern North-South Expressway Construction Project in the period 2021-2025 has a total length of 729 km with the design speed: 100 - 120 km/h passing through 12 provinces and cities including: Ha Tinh, Quang Binh, Quang Tri, Quang Ngai, Binh Dinh, Phu Yen, Khanh Hoa, Can Tho, Hau Giang, Bac Lieu, Kien Giang and Ca Mau with a total investment of USD 6.24 billion (about VND 147 trillion), divided into 12 independent component projects.
