Description of the Project :
The investment and construction of the Western Provincial Road DT.638 was designed according to the Vietnam’s standard of a plain road of grade III, with an embankment width of 22 m and a design speed of 80 km/h. The length of the route is about 121 km; of which the upgraded and widened section of the existing road is about 57 km, and the newly constructed section is about 63.65 km. The route has a starting point interconnecting to the interchange of the main urban axis and the new National Highway 1A, about 250 m from Quy Thuan 2 Bridge to the south, in Hoai Chau Bac Commune, Hoai Nhon Town. The end point is at Km120 + 825, intersected with National Highway 19 at Km27 + 100 in An Nhon Town. The project included the construction of 50 new bridges, including 700-meter Song Con Bridge. The total investment of the project is about VND 10,000 billion (about USD 421.2 million).
Services provided by Hung Nghiep:
- Topographic, geological and hydrological surveys; survey of construction material quarries; survey of old road surface; survey of waste disposal areas and concrete batchling plants.
- Survey of the existing structures on the route including road crossings, intersections, power lines, canals, culverts and drainage systems;
- Basic design of road, bridges, culverts, drainage systems, lighting system, etc.
- Prepare total cost estimation
- Prepare Feasibility Study Report.
