Description of the Project    :

The infrastructure construction project of the resettlement area in Phuoc Tan ward covers a scale of over 49 hectares, including 1,066 resettlement plots with a population of 4,248 people and 4 high-rise blocks with a population of over 3,752 people. The total population of this resettlement area is about 8,000 people. The project will invest in the construction of synchronous and complete technical infrastructure including roads, power supply, water supply, drainage system, etc.

• Prepare Feasibility Study Report, Compensation and Resettlement Assistance Project.
• Survey and construction drawing design for the following construction items:

• Traffic system;
• Rainwater drainage system; Wastewater drainage system; Wastewater treatment station; Water supply system, fire hydrant;
• Power supply system; substation, Communication system, utility trenches;
• Street lighting system; park, street trees;
• Other technical infrastructure systems.
