Description of the Project:
The Eastern North – South Expressway Construction Project in the period of 2020 -2025 has a total length of 729 km, passing through 12 provinces and cities, divided into 12 independent component projects.
Hau Giang - Ca Mau component project has a starting point at Km53+000 and an ending point at Km126+223, including 73.22km expressway and 16.60 km connecting road, with a total investment of USD 676.07 million (over VND 17,152 billion), passing through Hau Giang, Bac Lieu, Kien Giang and Ca Mau Provinces. In the first stage the four-lane expressway (width = 17m) will be built and the ultimate stage it will be widened to 24.7m with four lanes. Design speed: 100Km/h.
Hung Nghiep provided consulting services for a section from Km 84+100 to Km86+600; upgrading and widening of the existing road from IC12 to Vo Van Kiet Street. Total length of 8.8km including 11 bridges and Interchange IC08.

- Technical design of expresway, bridges, viaducts, underpasses and culverts, drainage systems, ITS system, lighting system and non-stop toll collection system, etc.
